-the people in the government sometimes focus on words ,and use words to their advantage when talking to the people of the country.often people hear about policies and like them becouse they sound good,and go with ideas tha sound good.however ,people do not always no exactly what a policy means and what it does spcificaly.the words in laws in policies,depend on how a person interprets it.
